Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior All-Source Analysis CI and Research, Technology, Protection (RTP) Analysis Support to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. The role involves conducting all-source analysis to protect critical DoD program information and assessing foreign intelligence efforts against U.S. interests.

Responsibilities
The All-Source Analysis CI and Research, Technology, Protection (RTP) Analysis Support shall conduct all-source analysis in support of protecting critical unclassified DoD program and technology information resident on, or transiting, Defense Industrial Base (DIB) unclassified systems and networks
Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests
Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies
Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance
High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Bachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Graduate of a military department or civilian intelligence analyst course: Army (35F, 351F, 35M, 351M, or CISAC); Air Force (BISC); or Navy (SABTB)
Minimum 8 years of experience as an all-source analyst
Minimum 5 years of experience in Research, Development, and Acquisition
Demonstrated research, analysis and writing skills IAW ICD 203
Understanding of Foreign Intelligence Entity tactics, techniques, and procedures
Familiarity with foreign threats to DoD or federal government technology research and development programs and/or threats to DoD or federal government infrastructure
Strong oral and written communication skills to present and advocate for analytic methodologies
Ability to write clear and concise communications for senior leaders
Familiarity with common Intelligence Community software and systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a high-operational-tempo environment
