Strategy and Operations Associate, New Verticals
3Y Health is a company focused on building AI-driven software to empower healthcare providers and reduce administrative complexity in the industry. They are seeking an Operations Associate to drive progress against new vertical launches, working closely with clinical, client success, and leadership teams to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Research new verticals, market size and competitive landscape to enable successful market entry and prioritization
Set up and monitor key internal systems to ensure that the organization is prepared to launch and expand new verticals
Coordinate between internal stakeholders across product, clinical operations, and growth to ensure readiness for new vertical launch
Document repeatable processes and propose improvements as we grow
Help build internal dashboards and trackers to monitor progress
Support special projects (e.g. expanding insurance contracts, onboarding new providers)
Pitch in wherever needed—this is a startup and we all roll up our sleeves
Qualification
Required
2–4 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or early stage startup operations
Organized and proactive—you anticipate needs before they arise
Comfortable working in spreadsheets, tools like Airtable or Notion, and willing to learn new tech quickly
A clear and professional communicator (email, Zoom, Slack)
Calm under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset
Experience in a self-starting, small team environment
5 days a week in San Francisco
