Responsibilities

Scope, build, and scale some of Credit Karma Money’s most critical partnerships
Maintain relationships and negotiate renewal deals with existing partners
Own the full deal process, including: developing strategy, evaluating partners, facilitating executive alignment, negotiating terms, and supporting implementation
Execute cross-functionally with a wide range of internal stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
Play a key role in guiding strategy for Credit Karma Money by keeping abreast of the partner landscape, and analyzing and providing perspectives on the business impact of potential partnership efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 6+ years of partnerships, investment banking, consulting, and/or strategic BD experience

Preferred

Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills - adept at analyzing and synthesizing data to support strategies and communications internally and externally
Outstanding interpersonal, written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Experience negotiating contracts
Experience building consensus among multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives
Passion for consumer financial services and familiarity with using technology to build partnerships (e.g. API integrations, digital app distribution/monetization and product development processes)
Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
