They are seeking an Operations Director to oversee budgets, schedules, and installation processes, manage procurement, and enhance operational efficiency while maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities
Build and implement strategic operational plans that enhance efficiency, customer experience, profitability, and align with the company vision and long-term objectives
Supervise and evaluate overall performance, data, and metrics of project management and senior support staff. Implement training, reviews, and disciplinary action when needed
Develop and execute training modules for Installation teams. Oversee installation and scheduling, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, and within the allotted time frame
Develop, maintain, and manage operational budget, allocate resources effectively, and monitor spending, to achieve long term success and sustainability
Manage relationships/agreements with clientele, external partners, vendors and other outsourced merchants
Ensure all departments are running efficiently, within company/industry regulations, and have sufficient means to meet and exceed set standards and results
Ensure all employees understand and support the site vision and key values inherent in our company culture
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience in director of operations experience, within the flooring arena or very similar industry
Outstanding leadership, communication and people skills
Knowledge of industry's rules and guidelines
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
Working knowledge of data analysis and achieving performance/operation metrics
Familiarity with MS Office and various business software
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management
Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights for process improvement
Ability to Commute: Fort Mill, SC 29715 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Fort Mill, SC 29715: Relocate before starting work (Required)
