Penn State University is seeking a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering within the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. The successful candidate will be expected to establish and sustain an outstanding research program in semiconductor devices for microelectronics and be an effective teacher at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
