Handle inbound inquiries and conduct proactive outbound outreach to assigned accounts and prospects

Identify and pursue sales opportunities using consultative selling techniques to upgrade or expand accounts
Strive for first-call resolution by troubleshooting issues and coordinating necessary follow-up
Use contact center systems and CRM tools to document interactions, update account records, and maintain accurate workflows
Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity as defined by the agency
Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and process improvements
