Responsibilities

KPI and Dashboard Development/Consolidation
Use LEAN tools such as A3, 8D and 8-step to apply manufacturing best-practices / continual improvements
Cross functional observation to identify and drive continuous improvements in cycle time, constraints, safety, efficiency, cost, etc
Assembly layout projects
Supply weekly updates to supporting Manager on Project(s) status – with emphasis on schedule, project health and any concerns impactful to project(s) timeline
Generate documentation /reports and present findings in a team meeting

Required

Currently pursuing a BS, MS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Computer database experience (Oracle, SQL, Advanced Excel Macros programming)
Experience with statistical and/or reporting tools such as JMP, Spotfire, or Tableau
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong mechanical aptitude (applies towards manufacturing equipment & tooling)
Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Strong people skills and ability to work well with all team members
