DevOps Support Engineer
Porter is a Platform as a Service that enables users to deploy applications to their own cloud environments with ease. The DevOps Support Engineer will ensure an excellent user experience by providing timely support and troubleshooting technical issues related to Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure for startups.

Responsibilities
Be on-call during Eastern Time to ensure users receive timely support, adhering to our commitment to excellence and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker, ensuring our users experience minimal downtime
Offer expert advice and solutions to our users, helping them navigate challenges and optimize their use of Porter within their own cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Collaborate with our engineering team to relay feedback from users, driving improvements in Porter's functionality and usability
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a relevant field
Strong foundation in DevOps principles
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with Helm
Experience with Docker
Experience with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud services
Ability to communicate effectively with technical users
Ability to work on an East Coast time zone
Preferred
Familiarity with Go programming language
