In this role, you will work directly with production and engineering teams to optimize die casting operations, introduce improvements, and ensure products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Improve and troubleshoot aluminum die casting processes to boost quality, efficiency, and yield
Collaborate with tooling, maintenance, and production teams to ensure equipment and processes are running smoothly
Support quality initiatives through measurement, testing, and process audits
Lead and participate in root cause analysis to resolve production and quality issues
Recommend and implement process improvements that reduce cost, minimize waste, and improve safety
Document process changes and support SOP development for consistency and compliance
Partner with cross-functional teams to align production goals and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR equivalent hands-on experience in die casting/manufacturing
3+ years in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in aluminum die casting or metal casting
Solid knowledge of die casting processes and tooling
Experience with process troubleshooting and equipment optimization
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills
