Responsibilities
Read, interpret and comprehend engineering plans and contract specifications
Perform engineering and related duties associated with construction inspection and layout to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents
Perform construction contract administration and documentation
Communicate with GHA Project Manager(s) and clients on a continuous basis
Assist engineering staff in the preparation and production of engineering designs, plans, contract specifications, and construction project cost estimates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or associate degree in an engineering technical field
Valid US driver's license
Minimum of 0-5 years of construction management or related experience
Clearly and concisely communicate both orally and in writing
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Planner, Teams)
Preferred
IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities Certification
