Responsibilities

Manage a broad range of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration forums, across the country

Handle all aspects of commercial litigation matters, including motions, discovery, court appearances, depositions, and witness preparation

Draft and argue dispositive motions

Required

Admitted to practice in Colorado with an active bar license in good standing required
