Responsibilities
Promote, maintain, and increase sales for labels and consumables by identifying opportunities and delivering solutions to meet customer needs
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals
Collaborate with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions using Bizerba’s product offerings
Support customer success through accurate file preparation, proofing, and troubleshooting
Build and maintain strong partnerships with customer service, vendors, and internal teams
Stay current on Bizerba’s product lines, competitive activity, and industry trends
Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and track activities
Travel up to 80% to engage with customers across your region
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of territory sales experience with proven year-over-year revenue growth
Skilled in building customer relationships, presenting solutions, and negotiating deals
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence decisions and build trust
Preferred
Background in labels and consumables sales strongly preferred
