They are seeking a Tool Engineer to ensure tool efficiency according to requested quality and manage tool-related processes including inventory, purchasing orders, and new technology implementation.

Responsibilities

Tool Management (Assembly, preset, calibrate the tools, quality checking for incoming tools, maintain the tools, tool inventory, PO of Tool releasing etc.)

Preparing of Tool Fixtures, order related documents

Controlling and optimizing the tool in warehouse

Administering the purchasing order of the tools of tools

Support the investigation, development and implementation of new technologies

Follow up the use condition of tools and to solve tool problem under guidance of MTD,addressed by the manufacturing team

Other tool-related work

Qualification

Tool management experienceManufacturing toolsCNC operating experienceMechanical manufacturing knowledge

Required

College or above

Mechanical manufacturing related industry with tool management experience

Knowledge of various tools used in the manufacturing

Preferred

Experience in CNC operating is preferred
