Responsibilities

You will build and maintain AI infrastructure including model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and real-time inference pipelines

You will collaborate with product and engineering to integrate AI capabilities deeply into the CRM workflows

You will be responsible for owning the entire technology stack, building and scaling an agentic platform powered by LLMs and APIs, and guiding our technical roadmap to execution

Develop and maintain AI pipelines for inference and model fine-tuning

Collaborate with product to design AI-driven workflows

Build and deploy synthetic data generator (rule base and expandable)

Implement data pipelines for structured and unstructured data

Own infrastructure choices (cloud, data, devops) and oversee efficient execution from prototype to production

Establish development best practices for code quality, testing, performance, and compliance (esp. telecom grade standards)

Explore and implement cutting edge AI tooling including vector databases, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, and observability systems

Collaborate closely with the CEO on technical positioning, platform strategy, and long-term innovation roadmap
