Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, GTM, and business roles, from sourcing through offer
Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and hiring strategies
Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline using creative and proactive sourcing methods
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, including negotiating contracts, setting performance expectations, and ensuring alignment with hiring needs and company culture
Develop and strengthen Bluefish’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent
Track and report recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, and candidate experience)
Drive an excellent candidate experience and ensure consistent, high-quality hiring processes
Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and best practices as the company scales
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
Proven success leading full-cycle recruiting across diverse functions and seniority levels
Strong ability to influence and partner with executives and hiring managers
Experience building recruiting processes and infrastructure from the ground up
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Excited to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Preferred
Experience scaling a company from ~20 to 200 employees
Familiarity with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics
Strong employer branding or talent marketing experience
