Manage litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and attending hearings
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Qualification
Required
J.D. and active member of the California Bar in good standing
Litigation experience (real estate/business litigation preferred but not required)
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail
Team-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
