Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and digital assets

Proven customer service skills with knowledge of finance or accounting procedures

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience

Strong documentation and transactional skills

Strong record-keeping skills

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot financial discrepancies

Proficient with Excel

Experience developing administrative guides to document system troubleshooting and standard operating procedures

Knowledge of cryptocurrency

Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities

A self-starter and possesses a willingness to dive into new technologies when appropriate

Flexibility – Works well both independently and as a team player; must be eager to learn
