Responsibilities
Translate customer workflows into structured product and engineering requirements
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications
Troubleshoot, test, and iterate with direct customer feedback
Deliver technical deep-dives, demonstrations, and training sessions to non-technical customers
Write application specifications and user-facing documentation
Model and analyze data to align system logic with real-world plant operations
Gather feedback from stakeholders to inform product iterations
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field, or comparable experience
2+ years of professional software development experience with object-oriented programming languages (Python, Typescript, Javascript)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience developing and deploying full-stack applications
Ability to work autonomously and on a cross-functional, remote team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience building and deploying software products from 0 to 1
Experience working in a customer-facing engineering role
Experience developing in Python and building APIs
Experience with backend frameworks like ExpressJS
Experience with frontend frameworks like ReactJS, Flutter, or AngularJS
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
Background in the AI/ML space, particularly computer vision
Experience with ERP or MES systems
Background in food production or agricultural systems
Familiarity with demand planning or forecasting systems
DevOps or CICD familiarity to push code to production, manage pipelines, and debug deployment issues
AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure experience
