Responsibilities
Design and ship high-impact features across our platform – from core AI-driven workflows to onboarding, activation, and growth experiences that drive user adoption and time-to-value
Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to drive clarity from ambiguity
Design, prototype, test, and iterate using modern AI-assisted design and coding workflows
Contribute to and evolve our design system to support scalable, high quality patterns for human/AI collaboration
Present work to senior leadership with confidence and narrative clarity
Advocate for inclusive design by ensuring experiences meet WCAG standards and work across devices and assistive technologies
Mentor and collaborate with other team members to raise the bar on craft and systems thinking
Qualification
Required
6+ years of relevant experience designing and shipping complex SaaS products
Experience with AI-assisted coding or prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Figma Make, etc)
Strong examples demonstrating strategic and systems thinking across a range of SaaS design projects
Strong systems thinking skills – your designs scale and adapt across user and system contexts
Experience integrating user research and testing into design decisions
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, turn complexity into clarity, and ship at velocity
Excellent communication and storytelling skills – across functions and up to senior leadership
A growth mindset around learning, improving, and working smarter without sacrificing quality
A portfolio or Figma file of relevant design work is required for consideration
Preferred
Experience in MarTech, data-rich, or content-oriented SaaS platforms
Experience leading SaaS onboarding and growth initiatives
Working on agentic interfaces or multi-modal UX
