Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer phone calls, schedule consultations and treatments, and manage the office calendar
Coordinate with referring general dentists and specialists for patient care continuity
Verify PPO insurance eligibility and benefits for endodontic procedures
Present treatment plans, explaining procedures, costs, and payment options clearly and confidently
Collect and post patient payments accurately
Maintain and update patient records in PBS Endo software
Utilize Weave for patient communication and appointment reminders
Support the clinical team and ensure smooth patient flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
