Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day information security operations, including incident response, vulnerability management, product/application security, and third-party risk

Oversee penetration testing and remediation of vulnerabilities

Implement 'Shift Left' security practices in product development and cloud deployment (AWS, VMware)

Configure and manage security products (Sentinel One, Harmony), SIEM tools, and databases (Postgres)

Support regulatory compliance, audits, and attestations (ACH, PCI, SOC2, SOX, OCC, FedLine)

Collaborate with leadership to embed security into business and technology initiatives

Qualification

Required

10–15+ years of Information Security experience, with leadership in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries

Hands-on technical expertise: MCSE, VCP, VMware, AWS, vulnerability remediation, security product deployment, and program/database management

Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, NYDFS)

Certifications: CISSP, CISM, PMP required

Preferred

Understanding of treasury product security (ACH, wire, lockbox, RDC, FedLine)

AWS Certification & CCSP a plus
