Responsibilities
Lead Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies
Outreach Strategy: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies using various channels such as email, social media, and cold calling
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with the company’s ideal customer profile
Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate and detailed information on prospects
Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach materials, including email templates, newsletters, and social media posts
Follow-Up: Schedule and conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
Performance Metrics: Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Event Participation: Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role, preferably within the web development or digital marketing industry
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and support sales efforts
Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with web development services and digital marketing trends is a plus, preferably gained within an agency environment
