Sales and Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

They are seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to support their Circular Economy and PRO team in the USA, responsible for developing strategies, conducting B2B sales outreach, and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Be a front-runner and have an interest in the development of solutions for the circular economy
Collaborate and gain knowledge with H2 Compliance and the Landbell Group
Gain a deep understanding of products and services in the portfolio
Product and business development in collaboration with the team
Sales outreach activities and customer visits through market identification and marketing. Propose improvements for a better USP in the USA market
Preparation and implementation of sales and action plans and processes, including forecasting sales and providing sales reports for budgets
Prepare quotations in line with the customer’s needs in collaboration with the team and manage the negotiations through to the deal close
Analyze sales data and implement corrective actions to reach business goals

Qualification

B2B sales experienceSustainability knowledgeTechnical educationRelationship buildingCommunication skills

Required

Experience from industry or related field is preferable
Minimum 3 year experience from a similar position, or alternatively minimum 2 year experience with BtB sales throughout the value chain and consulting
Skilled merchant who is good at building and maintaining relationships
Relevant experience is more important than your education, but you probably have a technical or commercial education
Interest in the development of sustainability and circular economy solutions
Structured, trustworthy, and outgoing by nature
Adaptable and a high level of abstraction
Ambitious, action-oriented, and at the same time motivated by goals and results
Work independently
Strong and effective communication skills both orally and written
