SAP Senior Consultant Service/FSM
CNT Management Consulting is a leading consulting company for SAP software, specializing in SAP S/4HANA transformations and SAP Cloud solutions. The role involves supporting and leading the design and configuration of solutions within SAP S/4HANA Service, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding clients through the transition to SAP S/4HANA Service.
Responsibilities
Support and eventually lead the design and configuration of solutions within SAP S/4HANA Service and Extended Service Parts Planning (eSPP)
Design and implement solutions for Service orders, repair and return flows, preventive maintenance as well as parts and labor billing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth integration with logistics, MM, SD, and FI modules
Provide guidance on the transition to SAP S/4HANA Service from legacy CS processes
Drive customer workshops and work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather and align requirements
Support all implementation phases: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare
Take an active role in internal knowledge development around SAP Service, especially in emerging use cases for energy-based devices
Work closely with nearshore/offshore resources and 3rd party partners, ensuring solution integrity and alignment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in SAP CS / S/4HANA Service (Customer Service / Service Management), preferably with S/4HANA-specific knowledge
Experience in repair order management, service contracts, warranty, and preventive maintenance
Strong understanding of integration points with SAP SD, MM, WM/EWM, and FI
Familiarity with data models for service orders, service billing, and installed base management
Proficiency in S/4HANA Service and a solid understanding of the evolution from ECC CS to S/4HANA
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to lead workshops, deliver training, and support change management activities
Preferred
Experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) or Extended Service Parts Planning (eSPP) is a plus
