FP&A + Strategic Planning
Technical Accounting (ASC 606, 842, 326, etc.)
SPAC & Complex Transactions
IPO Readiness & S-1 Support
M&A Integration
Financial Reporting & Policy Development
Systems Implementation (ERP/Reporting Tools)
Process Improvement & Controls
Finance Transformation & Operating Model Redesign
Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis

Qualification

Technical AccountingFP&AFinancial ReportingCPAFinancial ModelingAnalytical SkillsLeadership QualitiesProblem SolvingGrowth-Oriented Mindset

Required

3–12+ years in Big 4 Public Accounting, Big 4 Consulting, or large-firm technical accounting/advisory experience
Strong leadership qualities and a growth-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage complex deliverables
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems quickly
Comfort with fast-paced, high-visibility client environments

Preferred

CPA or CPA progression a plus
