Collaborating with Stakeholders to Design and Implement Business Processes in Zoho
Managing Projects by Providing Estimates, Updates, and Stakeholder Communication
Configuring Native Zoho Modules and Customizing Creator App Modules
Participating in Configuration Versus Customization Decisions
Evaluating Existing Zoho Processes and Modules, Recommending Areas for Improvement
Ensuring Optimal Performance of the Zoho Platform
Managing Zoho Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, Workflows and Groups
Building Custom Reports and Dashboards
Providing End-User Training and Support
Performing Maintenance Tasks, Including Diagnostic Tests, Data Sanitization and Backups
Documenting Processes, Including Error Reports and Release Notes
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 5+ Years of Related Experience
3 - 5 Years of Experience as a CRM Administrator (Zoho One Preferred)
3 - 5 Years of Project Management Experience
Experience in CRM Customization Programming (Deluge Language Preferred)
Expert Knowledge of CRM Customization (Zoho Creator Preferred)
Knowledge of API Integration Principals
Experience in Performing CRM Upgrades, Managing Profiles, Allocating Roles and Managing Access (Zoho One Preferred)
Ability to Provide Training and End-User Support
