They are seeking a CIRV Radiology Technologist - Electrophysiology Lab to assist the Physician in performing specialized procedures and demonstrate proficiency in the use of various equipment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Physician in performing a variety of specialized procedures (Cardiology, Interventional Radiology/Vascular, and Neurovascular)

Demonstrate proficiency in the use of a variety of minor and computer related equipment

Room setup, patient positioning, and patient screening

Required

Graduate of a Radiology Technology School

Must have sufficient training and knowledge in CIRV or experience in a healthcare related field, to be able to take call for the department upon completion of orientation

Licensed as a Radiology Technologist by the State of Wisconsin

Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification provided by the American Heart Association within three months of hire

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in related field

Experience as a Technologist in a Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, or Interventional Radiology environment

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire

The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) and/or Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI)
