They are seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join their Finals Quality Control Team, a role focused on ensuring the accuracy and compliance of energy inspections and supporting builders in improving energy performance.

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the QCT team to meet daily and weekly goals
Review construction plans and inspection data (training provided)
Perform energy simulations using Ekotrope (training provided)
Access digital files from builder websites and upload to Tacoma’s system
Verify and cross-check data
Review reports for missing or incorrect information, research and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate documentation and upload supporting
Provide updates to management verbally and in writing
Complete additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy (critical for compliance and certifications)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Highly motivated, dependable, and hard-working
Aptitude for problem-solving and proactively addressing issues
Preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction plans
Familiarity with energy modeling or quality control processes
Ability to create building models from architectural drawings, technical specifications, and equipment cut sheet
