Responsibilities

Create and maintain detailed project plans for client-related work
Document, review, and follow through on project plans and deliverables
Lead project meetings with clear agendas, document minutes, and track actions
Perform end-to-end coordination of projects with internal stakeholders, clients, and project teams
Monitor and control project progress, including scope, cost, and schedule, and track changes using organizational tools
Ensure timely project delivery without compromising quality
Escalate issues/risks to stakeholders as needed
Document and publish issues, risks, and meeting notes
Develop and implement risk mitigation plans
Ensure project-related artifacts are current and stored in prescribed locations
Develop, document, and share weekly/monthly status reports with stakeholders

Required

5+ years of core project management or business analysis experience
Experience managing diverse project teams globally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience in managing SWIFT projects with a strong financial domain background
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline

Preferred

PMP or Scrum certification
Prior experience managing projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
