Inside Sales Coordinator
FormFab LLC is an industry leading provider of services to the tubing industry, including prototype support, low volume manufacturing, and tube inspection fixtures. They are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing internal sales operations and assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information and guidance
Assist the Business Development Manager with follow-up and coordination of sales activities, including lead tracking and customer communications
Collaborate with the New Business Development Manager to identify and qualify new sales opportunities
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotes in coordination with the cost estimator and other team members
Maintain and update customer data, communications, and sales activities within the CRM portion of the Global Shop Solutions ERP system
Support the development and execution of sales strategies by generating leads and following up on potential opportunities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Production, to ensure customer needs are met
Manage order entry and ensure that customer requirements are accurately captured and communicated to relevant teams
Provide post-sale support, including addressing customer questions and ensuring satisfaction with delivered products and services
Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other events to represent FormFab
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred
Experience with ERP software is desirable
