Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, working directly with clients and target companies
Analyze and synthesize complex financial and operational data to assess the quality of earnings, net working capital, and other key metrics
Produce clear and concise reports that highlight key findings, risks, and strategic considerations for clients
Conduct client and management interviews, communicate insights with clarity, and provide expert recommendations throughout the transaction lifecycle
Participate in firm-building initiatives, including business development, service innovation, and recruiting
Mentor, train, and evaluate junior professionals to foster technical growth, leadership development, and a strong team culture

Required

A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a Transaction Advisory Services group at a Big 4 or national consulting firm
Demonstrated success leading financial due diligence engagements for private equity or middle-market clients
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into practical insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach
Exceptional project management capabilities and the ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities

Preferred

CPA or equivalent certification preferred
Direct experience working with software and technology companies, including analyzing SaaS/recurring revenue models and calculating related metrics
