Responsibilities

You will be given a detailed impact plan to deliver exciting manufacturing and engineering projects during your term, which could range from process control and engineering, loss elimination, systems improvements to quality improvement, etc
Collaborate with dynamic, diverse individuals to manufacturing initiatives
Lead projects that challenge your analysis, problem solving, and communication skills
Leading unique projects with coaching from your manager, you will play an important role within the site, having a direct impact on the business
Delivering the expected output of these projects by the end of your work term (e.g. a report, an analysis, a presentation, a toolkit, etc.) and systematically attain the required resources to complete them

Required

Are currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree
For Bachelor's, preference is given to individuals who have completed at least 3 years in an engineering program at an accredited University
Can start the role on January 5th, 2026 from Belleville, Ontario
