Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
Partner with hiring managers and business unit leaders to identify workforce planning needs, talent strategy, and development
Support performance evaluation processes, provide guidance and coaching on goal-setting, feedback, and development plans
Assess organizational needs and provide recommendations for enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and effectiveness
Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing grievances, conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
Stay updated with employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 7–10 years in HR business partnering within high-growth US-based companies
Proven expertise across strategic HR planning, employee relations, organizational development, and talent management
Experience supporting fast-paced, scaling environments
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data for insights and decision-making
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred industries include real estate, tech and operations-heavy businesses
