Responsibilities
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive various initiative for D&A org
Translate business needs into technical requirements for analytics and engineering teams
Analyse data to deliver rapid, insight-driven recommendations leveraging First Principle Approach
Coordinate with carriers on performance reviews, improvement plans, and contract compliance
Identify automation and AI opportunities across business domains
Serve as primary onsite liaison, ensuring smooth collaboration between business and technical teams
Qualification
Required
5–10 years' experience in business analysis, manufacturing preferred
Strong Problem Solving skills
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
