Responsibilities

Provide administrative support related to personnel and recruiting activities

Conduct interviews

Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Team to determine staffing needs

Assist with job postings for vacant positions

Screen and select candidate's resumes for consideration

Respond to inquiries from applicants via e-mail, telephone

Employment verifications

Perform background and drug tests for candidates

New Hire Orientations/Onboarding

Through a "Make it happen" mindset, assist team in ensuring staffing needs are met daily

Daily attendance tracking

Be the point of contact for all your employees to handle any issues that may arise
