Responsibilities

Expert in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software
Expert in commission and incentive plans used for external Producers
Expert in managing agent, membership, premium and commission information across multiple insurance products
Working knowledge of Producer Management, Compensation & Performance and Agent Connection modules
Utilize the technical knowledge to develop solutions and estimates
Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions and client presentations

SAP APMe Tool experienceSAP SuccessFactorsSAP Agent Performance ManagementHealth Insurance domainCommunication skills

Required

SAP APMe Tool experience
8+ years – SAP SuccessFactors
3 years - Expert in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2 or more years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management software
Experienced in commission calculations and payments

Preferred

Domain Experience (If any) – Health Insurance domain is a plus
Experience in US health insurance is a plus
