Maintain and repair building systems and equipment (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration)
Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks
Ensure safety and security protocols are followed
Manage space layout and organization, including floor plans and signage
Keep accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and temperature logs
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Capable of managing multiple projects independently and as part of a team
Reliable time management skills
Understanding of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Refrigeration systems
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
Experience with conveyor systems and preventive maintenance
