Responsibilities
Own front-end and back-end strategy and execution for drata.com
Lead technical execution of redesigns, A/B tests, personalization, and SEO optimizations
Design and implement scalable web components and CMS architecture (Contentful)
Manage Vercel-based deployments
Instrument web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), conversion tracking, and event modeling
Partner cross-functionally with growth, corporate, and product marketing teams
Identify and integrate new tools for experimentation, performance, and testing
Qualification
Required
6-10+ years of engineering experience with deep exposure to modern web stacks
Expertise in React, TypeScript, Next JS and building performant, modular front-ends
Proficiency with headless CMSs like Contentful
Familiarity with Vercel, CI/CD, and performance monitoring
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
Strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and site experimentation best practices
A systems mindset with a bias toward reusability, scale, and long-term quality
