Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Foster strong, long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and guidance. Promote a collaborative and productive team environment
Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest level of service delivery. Identify and address any potential issues or risks promptly
Allocate resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of team members and other project assets
Prepare regular project status reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a service-oriented environment
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
Solid understanding of project management methodologies
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
Dedicated to understanding and addressing client needs and expectations
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project deliverables
Preferred
PMP certification is a plus
