Identify and strategically engage 'High-Value Targets' – successful real estate agents and small service-based business owners – through proactive, executive-level outreach
Secure initial discovery meetings for our Partnership Development Executives
Initiate strategic conversations, build immediate rapport, and showcase the potential for transformative partnerships
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of work experience
Proven track record in executive appointment setting, high-value inside sales, or outside sales
Exceptional conversational skills and a professional telephone presence
High energy and a dedicated work ethic
Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet, professional home workspace
Laptop/Computer with a working webcam (for remote team collaboration)
