The Engineering Technician IV role involves setting up test bays, managing test tickets for new products, assembling test cables, and supporting Manufacturing Engineers with various projects. This position requires a hands-on approach to testing and troubleshooting complex chambers, often working independently without engineering support.

Required

Experience in testing and troubleshooting complex chambers without engineering support

Proficient in researching and resolving issues

Ability to communicate complex information

Ability to work independently without regular supervision

Physically demanding position that often requires standing for extended periods of time

Ability to work in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders

Ability to lift

Ability to distinguish between colors

Ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise

Use of hand and power tools

Driving or operating heavy machinery including forklifts

Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields
