Responsibilities

Identify, manage, and report on communication opportunities

Collaborate with leadership to develop and launch impactful communication campaigns

Ensure work product and deliverables meet or exceed quality requirements

Create and curate communication materials from concept to completion including white papers, articles, web pages, social media, presentations and other marketing collateral

Partner with leaders and colleagues to gain an understanding of business goals, strategy, and solutions in the healthcare industry to create content for assigned projects

Craft messaging for strategic priorities and support leadership in cascading information across teams

Manage and optimize communications within and across platforms

Advise stakeholders on emerging communication trends and recommend proactive strategies to leverage opportunities or mitigate risks

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience in communications

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Experience in designing and executing communication initiatives

Knowledge of the federal government

Experience in creating and curating communication materials including white papers, articles, web pages, social media, presentations, and other marketing collateral

Ability to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams

Experience in managing and optimizing communications across platforms

Ability to advise stakeholders on emerging communication trends
