Responsibilities
Help grow and create new card programs with Fintech partners as BaaS
Assist with card networks Pulse, Visa, and Mastercard
Reconciling spreadsheets of multiple GL and DDA accounts on a daily and monthly basis
Assist in creating and reviewing reports for any BaaS products
Monitor external reports for accuracy
Participate in training to expand knowledge of the department and position
Assist with setting up processes and procedures for BaaS products
Handle past due collection on credit cards
Provide backup support to others in the department
Perform additional duties as assigned
Research transactional history
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Detail Oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with new products and programs
Preferred
Previous banking experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
