Responsibilities

Lead & Develop a Dynamic Team: You'll lead, train, and coach the install team while in the field during every installation

Support Team Success: Work closely with fellow installers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of installations and service calls

Maintain Quality Standards: Uphold CI Select’s high standards by following installation procedures, troubleshooting issues on-site, and ensuring all products are properly handled and assembled

Foster Efficiency: Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline delivery and installation workflows
