Responsibilities

Work across marketing, product, and engineering to build out end to end solutions for the customer's journey from initial contact through their first policies
Help more people self-serve when getting their first policy with Steadily
Implement and follow up on robust analytics to understand pain points our customers are facing

Qualification

Required

Experience building web applications
Experience analyzing data to improve customer experiences
Ability to dive into a complex codebase without too much spin-up
Past experience as a team lead is a plus

Ability to balance speed and quality
Ability to make thoughtful trade-offs to solve problems effectively
Willingness to learn new languages or frameworks quickly
