Responsibilities

Manage the full installation lifecycle of customer food processing and packaging equipment from order through warranty completion with your Sales and Service teams

Create and manage installation cases in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) for new equipment orders

Schedule and coordinate all aspects of installation timelines, adjusting priorities as needed based on customer needs and resource availability

Serve as the project lead to resolve technical and application challenges during installation, leveraging knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, and motor control systems

Provide daily support to technicians and maintain open lines of communication during customer installations that can extend into evenings and weekends

Travel to customer locations to lead and support equipment installs by technicians

Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

Act as a backup to the Regional Service Manager when needed

Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and excellent customer service

Support and enforce adherence to internal SOP’s

Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the Service Department

Provide continuous feedback to the Technicians regarding performance

This position requires periodic travel to customer locations in a defined geographical area that can include occasional evening and weekend travel
