The Accounting & Financial Reporting Intern will support accounting operations and financial reporting processes, assist with general ledger tasks, and contribute to the preparation of financial statements.

Responsibilities
Provide support for AgFirst's Accounting operations and systems, and Financial Reporting processes
Assist with tasks related to reconciling, balancing, and reviewing the Bank’s general ledger
Support the month-end and quarter-end close
Assist with the preparation and review of the Bank and District’s financial statements
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate or Graduate student majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of GAAP accounting
Detail oriented
Proficient in Excel and Word
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
