Building client relationships and identifying new project opportunities
Developing scopes, budgets, and schedules
Preparing contracts and project execution plans
Managing project performance, from kickoff to closeout
Collaborating with engineers, geologists, technicians, and accounting staff
Ensuring financial tracking and reporting are accurate and timely
Helping shape and improve internal processes and best practices
Supporting engineering proposals and business development efforts
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management of civil engineering projects
Ability to build client relationships and identify new project opportunities
Experience in developing scopes, budgets, and schedules
Experience in preparing contracts and project execution plans
Ability to manage project performance from kickoff to closeout
Experience collaborating with engineers, geologists, technicians, and accounting staff
Ability to ensure financial tracking and reporting are accurate and timely
Experience in shaping and improving internal processes and best practices
Support for engineering proposals and business development efforts
