The Power Distribution Intern will assist electrical engineers in analyzing and improving the distribution system, managing power distribution assets, and preparing technical specifications while gaining valuable real-world experience.

Responsibilities
Assist electrical engineers and analysts in the analysis and improvement of the distribution system
Assist electrical engineers and analysts in power distribution asset management
Day to day troubleshooting of systems and customer needs
Prepare technical specifications for equipment procurement
Appropriately document and complete work orders in the computerized maintenance management system
Work with an experienced engineer mentor
Qualification
Required
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2026 semester
Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
Preferred
Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Tech, Electrical Power Utility Tech
