Responsibilities

Drive the strategy and roadmap for Vizio’s Generative AI technology solutions

Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys through GenAI

Leverage tools like Azure Machine Learning Studio, Copilot Studio, PowerAutomate, and Alteryx to create conceptual solutions

Conduct market and technology research to uncover customer needs and align them with innovative AI capabilities

Use data analytics and customer feedback to inform decisions and continuously improve product offerings

Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across Vizio’s business units to define product strategies

Manage the full solution lifecycle—from ideation to launch—ensuring successful adoption and measurable impact

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct A/B testing, and use insights to refine product features

Collaborate with top engineering talent and executive leadership to define product vision, build business cases, and prioritize roadmaps

Foster strong partnerships and guide a matrixed organization to deliver high-impact GenAI solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area

4 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related area

Prior work experience in the technical integrations between SAP, Workday, etc. and third-party applications

Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements

Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts
